Made to order, on purpose
We do not hold finished stock, and that is a choice rather than a limitation. Frozen dessert is at its best closest to the day it was made; every week in storage costs it something. Producing against confirmed orders means what reaches your customer is fresh, that we are not pushing old stock to clear a freezer, and that you are not paying for someone else's forecasting error.
The trade-off is honest and we would rather state it up front: you plan a few days ahead instead of ordering same-day. Our dispatch window is Dispatched in 5–7 working days from the moment an order is confirmed.
