These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing this site you accept them, and by placing an order you enter into a binding contract with us on them. Please read them first — particularly the sections on made-to-order production and cancellation, which work differently from a shop selling out of a freezer.
If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the site.
1. Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Dairy Gold ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us .
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Our products are sold in wholesale quantities and most carry a minimum order quantity, which is shown on the product page before you add anything to your cart. We may decline or cancel any order — for example on grounds of quantity, delivery area, or suspected misuse of the site.
3. Products, descriptions and images
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photographs are for illustration: serving suggestions, garnishes and props are not included, and colour varies between screens and between batches of a natural product. Where a product has no photograph of its own, a category or generic image may be shown and is labelled as such.
Recipes and specifications may change. Ingredient and allergen information is printed on the pack supplied to you and that pack is authoritative — please check it on receipt, especially if you are reselling or serving to the public.
We give no warranty that the descriptions, images or other content on this site are complete, current or free from error, and colours in particular vary between screens. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a product is suitable for your intended use before you order it — if you are unsure, ask us, and we will tell you.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Whether the price shown includes GST is stated on the product page and again in your cart, and your invoice is raised on the same basis. GST is charged at the rate applicable to the product on the date of the order.
Shipping and packing are quoted from your delivery pincode and shown to you before you confirm. Prices, quantity price breaks and charges can change at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price and your order has not yet entered production, we will contact you and either confirm the correct price or cancel the order and refund it in full.
5. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm it. Until then we may decline — for instance if an item cannot be produced in the quantity requested, or the delivery address falls outside our service area.
6. Made to order — and what that means
Nothing we sell is held in stock. Production of your order begins once it is confirmed, and the ingredients and packaging for it are committed at that point.
This is the single biggest difference between us and a retailer selling from stock, and it is why our cancellation window is short. 7. Delivery
Timeframes shown on the site are working-day dispatch estimates from the date of order confirmation. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We deliver to the pincodes listed in our delivery areas; if yours is not covered, the site tells you before you order rather than after.
These are frozen goods and they depend on an unbroken cold chain. Someone must be available to receive the consignment and move it straight into a freezer at the address and on the day it arrives. Please inspect it on delivery and record any visible damage or thawing with the carrier at that moment — a claim is very hard to support once a delivery has been signed for clean.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider. We never receive or store your card details. Where credit or payment terms have been agreed separately in writing for a trade account, those agreed terms apply to that account.
Your bank or card issuer may decline a transaction, or cap it, under limits agreed between them and you or set by the acquiring bank. Those limits are not ours and we have no visibility of them, so we accept no liability for a payment that is refused or restricted on that basis. If a payment fails, no order is created and no money is due to us — try another method, or contact us and we will help.
9. Your account
Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.
10. Storage after delivery
Store the products at or below the temperature printed on the pack and observe the best-before date. We cannot accept responsibility for product quality where goods have been allowed to thaw, have been refrozen, or have been stored outside those conditions after delivery.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, loss of business, or the cost of an event that did not go ahead.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power or refrigeration failure, transport disruption, strikes, extreme weather, or acts of government.
13. Intellectual property and use of this site
The content of this site — text, images, logos, product photography, page design and layout — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Reproducing, distributing or republishing any of it without our written permission is not permitted and may be an offence.
You may not use this site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, that damages or impairs it, that interferes with anyone else's use of it, or that attempts to gain access to any part of it, or to any account or server behind it, that you have not been given access to. Automated scraping, bulk copying of the catalog, and probing the site for vulnerabilities all fall within that.
You are welcome to link to our homepage. Linking to us in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or approval that does not exist, or framing our pages inside another site, requires our written consent first.
Where this site links out to somewhere else, that link is for convenience only. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the content of this site, at any time and without notice. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms, so please check this page from time to time.
Your order is treated differently: the version of these terms published here when you placed an order is the version that governs that order, and a later change never applies to it retrospectively.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
